US SHIPPING - Most items arrive Signature Required for Security Reasons. When items are delivered with damaged boxes, note that to Carrier before signing for package, and take photos of package before opening.
Open Immediately upon receipt, it is your sole responsibility to inspect the contents and make sure all items are accounted for, if items are missing or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. Take PHOTOS of the parts you received so that we may view and verify missing or damaged items. This will expedite the process and prevent any confusion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We require clients to have a shipping expeditor such as a Bongo International, https://bongous.com/, account to handle the expediting of your items. This ensures proper delivery to you and speeds the process through customs, etc. They provide images of your items, door to door tracking and you can pre-pay your tax and duties if any apply. We will ship items for FREE in most cases to your expreditior's US Warehouse or the Bongo California Warehouse at 861 Sandhill Avenue, Carson, CA 90746. Please make sure to add your expeditor's US address to your credit card company or on your PayPal account so that it can be confirmed for Security Reasons.
RETURNS - Accepted within 30 Days of Original Date of Purchase. PHOTOS of all Items are Required as Proof of Condition - NEW, UN-USED, UN-DAMAGED in any way and in Original Packaging. Attach photos (JPEG images work best) to your Return Request to expedite this process. We will issue an RAN# which must be noted on the bottom of your Invoice and included in the box. Pack items properly, you are responsible for Return Shipping Costs, the Original Cost to Ship the Item to you (even if item noted Free Shipping) and a 20% Re-Stocking, Inspection and Re-Packaging Fee.
