Shipping & Returns

US SHIPPING - Most items are shipped signature required for security reasons. When items are delivered with damaged boxes, note that to carrier before signing for package, and take photos of package before opening. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for additional information regarding damaged items.

Open items immediately upon receipt. Buyer is solely responsible to inspect the contents and make sure all items are accounted for. If items are missing or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. Take photos of the parts you received so that we may view and verify missing or damaged items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Grunion Fabrication does not offer international shipping. We suggest international customers use a freight forwarding service with a US based address. Freight forwarders will handle all required forms and fees for delivery to your location. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional information.

RETURNS - Returns must be requested by phone within 48 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Under no circumstance, will any product that has been modified or abused (i.e.,item is cut, painted, bent, cracked, sanded, etc.) be exchanged or returned for refund. Any items shipped to freight forwarding services for international delivery will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
